Apply to Serve as a submissive

A sub who is interested in serving may apply via a formal written email through the Contact form on this website. Think job interview cover letter formal. In this letter, you will include the following: 

• An introductory paragraph stating your desire to apply to serve
• A bit about yourself, where you are located, and a few vanilla interests 
• Your level of experience in D/s, your main kinks & fetishes, and a core fantasy
• Why you desire to serve MaDomme specifically
• What of value do you have to contribute to MaDomme to ensure a level of right reciprocity and respect for Her time and energy?

Further paperwork and a $50 application fee out of respect for Her time will be required upon passing the preliminary application evaluation. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your 30-minute video evaluation with MaDomme. At the video evaluation, you will be informed whether you will be permitted to schedule an evaluatory in-person session with MaDomme.
